Key Policies

• All jewelry sales are FINAL — no refunds or exchanges.
• Handmade jewelry may vary slightly from product photos.
• Beauty products are for EXTERNAL USE ONLY — check ingredients before use.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products.

Candle Use

• Always burn candles within sight and away from flammable objects.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Allow wax to cool before handling.

Massaging Candles

• Light candle and allow a pool of melted wax to form.
• Extinguish flame before use.
• Test wax temperature before applying to skin to avoid burns.
• Massage gently into skin as desired.
• For external use only. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

Essential Oils and Facial Products
• Perform a patch test before full use.
• Keep away from eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Consult a physician before use if pregnant, nursing, or under medical care.

Body Butters

• Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin.
• Massage in until fully absorbed.
• Use daily or as needed for hydration.
• For external use only — discontinue if irritation occurs.

Body Scrubs

• Apply to damp skin in a circular motion.
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
• Use 2–3 times per week for best results.
• Avoid broken or freshly shaved skin.
• For external use only.

Lip Balm

• Apply a thin layer to lips as needed.
• For external use only — do not ingest.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Store in a cool, dry place.

Shipping

• Orders will be shipped within 5–10 days.
• We ship within the U.S. and Canada.
• Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of your package.

• All orders are accepted online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any products, including custom items, beauty products, and accessories.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for review.
• Approved cases may receive a replacement item at our discretion; no monetary refunds will be issued.
